Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have gone by since your date of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Upon returns or exchanges it is best to track your package sent back.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded. Taking photos of your damaged product or evidence of missing parts will help us to resolve any issues before a refund or exchange can be honored.
Any item received with damaged packaging should be checked before the driver leaves. If the product has been damaged because of the packaging, please refuse the product and send back with the delivery driver whence the item is delivered. Then notify us immediately with all details. Your order can be replaced, refilled with credit toward the original product, or will be refunded. If a refund were to take place you can then place another order of a different kind.
Unfortunately, there is a 30% restocking fee for buyers remorse added onto the method of shipping you use that will not be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund if the other steps were not followed above.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days minus the 30% restocking fee.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or you are fulfilling a credit, please go to our contact us page to send us a message.
Shipments will take begin once we receive your order. Once your payment is confirmed shipment of your products will take place within 3 - 10 business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
It is advisable to keep track of your returned shipment via some tracking service attached to the means of shipment.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
